Vitality Blast T20 League 2026: Schedule

The 2026 Men’s T20 Blast kicks off on May 22 with a high-profile opening clash between Middlesex and the Kent Spitfires at Lord’s. The group stage follows a concentrated block schedule that runs until July 12, featuring a new three-group regional format in which each county plays 12 matches to determine the top 8 contenders.

The competition then moves into a high-stakes knockout phase, starting with all four Quarter-Finals held on Wednesday, July 15. The tournament reaches its grand conclusion on Saturday, July 18, with the iconic Finals Day at Edgbaston, where both Semi-Finals and the Final take place on a single day to crown the champion.

Women’s T20 Blast 2026

The 2026 Women’s T20 Blast runs from May 22 to July 17, 2026. Following the restructuring of domestic women’s cricket, the competition is now split into two tiers: League One (top tier) and League Two.

The competition runs in a single block alongside the men’s tournament to maintain momentum before The Hundred begins.

  • League One (Tier 1): 9 teams play 12 group matches each. The top four progress to the Finals Day.
  • League Two (Tier 2): 9 teams play 8 group matches each. The top three progress to a separate League 2 Finals Day.
  • Finals Day: Both tiers culminate in a showpiece event at The Kia Oval on Friday, July 17, 2026, featuring two semi-finals and a League One final.
