The two-match Test series is set to kick off on January 29 at the Galle International Stadium, which will host both matches. Following the Test series, the teams will compete in two ODIs in Colombo, leading up to the Champions Trophy that starts on February 19.
This marks Australia’s first visit to Sri Lanka since 2022, when the series ended in a 1-1 draw after the visitors suffered a heavy defeat by an innings in the second Test.
